Anna Yoiana, State/UT-wise;
(b) whether the scheme has been dascontinued beyond l{ovember 2O2O,
despite the vaccine still being undeltrial, and if so, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Government undettook any study to determine that the
scheme was not needed anymore by the citizens before discontinuationl
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(e) whether the Government has undertook any study/survey to assess
the situation of the citizens affected due to the discontinuationl
