BUDGETARY ALLOCATION -MINISTER OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Will the Minister of WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:

(a) whether the budgetary allocation for the Ministry has been below one percent of 
the total budget despite Government assurances and if so, the details thereof and 
the reasons therefor;
(b) whether the Nirbhaya Fund has largely been underutilized and underfunded and if 
so, the details thereof; and
(c) the total funds utilised for establishment of crisis centres for the victims of rape 
and domestic violences, shelter homes for women, female police volunteers and a 
dedicated helpline?
