Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to 
state: 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to expedite the Chennai 
Metro Rail Project Phase-II corridor 3 and corridor 4; 
(b) if so, the details thereof and the amount allocated, disbursed and 
utilized so far; 
(c) whether the Government has allowed CMRL to mobilize funds 
from private players/ foreign financial institutions; and 
(d) if so, the details thereof and the expected time of completion of 
the two corridors?
