UNSTARRED QUESTION / நட்சத்திரமிடப்படாத கேள்வி 4388.DR.T.SUMATHY (a) THAMIZHACHI THANGAPANDIAN: Will the Minister of SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT be pleased to state: (a)Whether the Government is aware that nearly 65% of the specially-abled have been out of employment ,of which only one percent are from the organised sector during the lockdown and if so ,the details thereof,state - wise ; (b) if not ,the number of specially - abled who have been out of employment since the lockdown and the unemployment rate ,state - wise ; (c)the steps taken by the Government to mitigate this problem ; (d)whether it is true that most of those 'employed' are engaged in the unorganised sector or doing odd jobs like vending ,begging ,if so , the measures being taken up by the Government to protect them; and (e)if not the details of the job in which they are employed ,state -wise?
