EXCLUSION OF SC PEOPLE FOR PM-AJAY IN TAMIL NADU

(a) whether it is a fact that several SC-majority villages in Tamil Nadu with less than 50% SC population have been excluded from Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana (PMAJAY) benefits due to scheme guidelines limiting coverage, if so, the details thereof,

(b) whether issues of beneficiary duplication in various income generation and skill development schemes have been reported in Tamil Nadu, if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the total number of PM-AJAY project proposals received, sanctioned and funds released along with the steps taken to improve project approval rates and scheme outreach during the last three years, State and district-wise?
