Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the Government is facing any challenge in expediting phaseII, 
corridor 3 and corridor 4 of the Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL); 
(b) if so, the details thereof including the amount allocated, disbursed and 
utilized so far; 
(c) whether the Government has allowed CMRL to mobilize funds from any 
private players or foreign financial institutions; and 
(d) if so, the details thereof including the expected time of completion of 
the two corridors?
