Will the Minister of NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY be pleased to state:

(a) whether the Government proposes to conduct any survey on the number of green energy projects that 
have dried up due to lack of finance during the last three years and the current year; 
(b) if so, the details thereof; 
(c) the status of UNDP-GEF aided project related to solar technologies; 
(d) whether only Rs. 5753 crores instead of Rs. 9523.04 crores were allocated by the Government for the 
said purpose; and 
(e) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?
