Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: 

(a) the number and details of physical and virtual meetings that the
Minister held with his Sri Lankan counterpart regarding the human
rights violation against the Tamil population since 2020;
(b) the details of physical or virtual meetings that the Prime Minister
had with the Sri Lankan Counterpart during this period; and
(c) whether any agreement has been reached upon and if so, the
details thereof?
