Will the Minister of COAL be pleased to state:
(a) whether the NLCIL has paid any dividend to the Government of Tamil Nadu for its 5% of
holding in NLCIL and if so, the details thereof during the last seven years;
(b) whether the government has fixed new royalty rates given to the States for mining coal
from various coal mines in the country;
(c) if so, the royalty paid to the Government of Tamil Nadu during the last seven years, year-wise;
(d) the total income generated from the sale of fly ash from NLCIL during the last seven
years, year-wise; and
(e) the details of the companies given a contract in the disposal of the fly ash from NLCIL?
