Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:

a) whether the Government has any proposal to expedite the process of filling 
up the post of Vice Chairman in Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth 
Development (RGNIYD);
b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
c) whether the Government is facing any administrative and bottleneck issues 
with regard to its activities as deemed University;
d) if so, the details and present status thereof and the action taken by the 
Government in this regard; and
e) the steps taken by the Government to provide more financial support for the 
development of RGNIYD?
