824. DR. T. SUMATHY (a) THAMIZHACHI THANGAPANDIAN:

Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:

(a) the number of MSME loan accounts which have slipped into NPAs since April 2020 and till 
August 31st 2020;
(b) the number of these accounts which are not registered under GST or has aggregated
borrowings of up to Rs 25 crore as of March 1, 2020;
(c) whether the Government has included only those MSMEs which are registered under the 
GST with aggregate borrowings up to Rs 25 crore as on March 1, 2020 under the scheme which 
allows restructuring of loans for small businesses impacted by Covid -19 and if so, the details 
thereof; and 
(d) the relief the Government has extended to the accounts which are not registered under GST?
