Sir, I would request the hon. Minister of Electronics and Information Technology to provide details of the digital literacy programme called ‘Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital
Saksharta Abhiyaan.’ In this regard, can he please provide the details of the rural households covered under this programme, and whether marginalised sections are being
enrolled? … (Interruptions) I would also like to know whether the Standing Committee on Information Technology emphasised the need to scale up and also conduct quality impact assessments and other digital literacy programmes; and if so, what is the action taken by the Government in this regard?
