WILL the Minister of CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD, AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION be pleased to state

(a) whether the Government has taken any decision for the sale or
leasing of a large tract of commercial lands belonging to FGI and Central
Warehousing Corporation (CWG) in the country like the GWG located at
Virugambakkam, GhennaiC
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government is facing any litigation in courts with regard
to the sale/leasing of lands under FGI and CWG; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
