Sir, I would like to ask one question to the Hon. Minister through you. I had suggested during the discussion on air pollution that the Government may think about cloud-pulling and bringing about artificial rain to clear the air during
months like November and December which are seriously prone to air pollution. I would like to know the call of the Hon. Minister in this regard.
