Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state: 

(a) the number of instances of unauthorized physical/electronic surveillance 
that have taken place in the country during the past five years; 
(b) the details of victims or subjects of these unauthorized electronic 
surveillance along with their professions; 
(c) the details of the districts where such acts of unauthorized 
physical/electronic surveillance were committed and the districts where the 
subjects or victims of unauthorized physical/electronic surveillance were 
located; 
(d) the status of investigation in respect of all the instances of unauthorized 
physical/electronic surveillance; and 
(e) the steps taken by the Government to curb the menace of such 
unauthorized electronic surveillance?
