Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state: 

(a) whether the Union Government had carried out vulnerability/gap analysis in 
consultation with Coast Guard to firm up the additional requirements for Phase-II 
and III of the Coastal Security Scheme in the coastal States/UTs, particularly 
Tamil Nadu; 
(b) if so, the details thereof; 
(c) the details of the funds allocated and construction of Coastal Police Stations, 
purchase of high speed fibre boats, hovercrafts and water-bikes under the 
Coastal Security Scheme; and 
(d) the steps taken by the Government to solve the security and safety problems 
faced by Indian Fishermen in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu?
