Will the Minister of WOMEN AND CHILDDEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:

(a) whether the Government has chalked out any strategy to effectively combat 
malnutrition across the country;
(b) if so the details thereof and the total funds allocated in the last one year, yearwise and State-wise including Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, J&K and Madhya 
Pradesh;
(c) whether the Government has devised any new initiatives and policies for the 
restructuring and strengthening of Integrated Child Development Scheme(ICDS) 
in the country;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the performance of the ICDS programs during the 
last year, State/UT-wise including South Chennai constituency and if so, the 
details thereof; and
(e) whether the Government has fixed any accountability for the effective 
implementation of the said schemes and if so, the details thereof
