CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE ON SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT 2022-2023

In my tenure with the Consultative Committee, I have been a part of the following meetings and raised the following issues:

• empowerment of the people with disabilities and the schemes being
  implemented for them;
• National Institutes;
• changes in the pre and post-matric scholarship scheme for Scheduled Caste
  students;
• conditions of manual scavengers and the status of implementation of
  mechanised cleaning methods in India;
• Nasha Mukt Bharat Aabhiyaan and the status of its success along with challenges posed in its implementation.
