Will the Minister of ENVIRONMENT, FOREST, AND CLIMATE CHANGE be pleased to
state:
(a) the details of funds utilized till date by each city out of total Rs. 375.44 crores
released for initiating actions at city level for 114 non-attainment cities from 2018-
2019 to 2020-2021 along with the activities undertaken, city-wise;
(b) the details of any under-utilization of funds along with reasons for the same;
(c) whether the Government monitors the activities undertaken using the said funds and if
so, the details of monitoring mechanism for the same and if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) the details of share of fund transferred to Urban Local Bodies for activities enlisted
under National Clean Air Programme (NCAP); and
(e) the details of other sources of funding for nonattainment cities to combat air
pollution?
