Will the Minister of JAL SHAKTI be pleased to state:
(a) whether the World Bank has sanctioned a loan amount of Rs.3300 crores for Tamil Nadu to increase the
productivity of irrigated agriculture for sub-basin stakeholders in a sustainable water resource management
framework and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the details of the disbursement of the loan as of date for the said project;
(c) whether it is a fact that the State component for the said project would be around Rs.1000 crores and if
so, the details of the amount disbursed and spent till 31 March 2021; and
(d) whether any amount has been sanctioned by the Government in this regard, if so, the details thereof and
if not, the reasons therefor?
