Will the Minister of SHIPPING be pleased to state:

(a) whether any steps have been taken by the Government to develop capacity
cargo handling in various ports in Tamil Nadu and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the status of Mannar, Poompuhar and VCIC South Coastal Employment
Zones (CEZs) proposed under the Sagarmala Scheme;
(c) the funds allocated to the proposed Colachel and Sirkazhi ports along with its
status thereof; and
(d) the details of the Coastal Employment Units(CEUs) and Port-Linked lndustrlal
Clusters (PLlCs) under the three CEZs mentioned above?
