Will the Minister of SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP be
pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has signed any Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IT giants Microsoft, CISCO, Adobe and others for imparting certified courses under the PMKVY and other Skill India programmes;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the funds received from the Information Technology (IT) companies for the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and Skill India programmes in the last five years; and
(c) whether it is true that the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) has spent around Rs.12,000 crores since 2015 for skill training and entrepreneurship programmes and if so, the details thereof?
